How to Make a Paper Tulip Flowers using crepe paper Things You Need… Crepe Paper, Craft Wire, Pencil, Thread, Green Tape, Scissors, Scale, Fevicol Take the crepe papers and draw the measurements on it as shown. Cut along the markings. Take the cut out strip and press it from the sides as shown. Now fold it and give it the shape of a petal as shown here. Gently press it at the bottom like this. Tie a thread at the bottom. Use your fingers to give some depth to the petal. Make multiple such petals. Take a yellow crepe paper and cut out a square shape piece from it. Fold this piece of paper as shown. Now take a craft wire and wrap this folded piece on it to form a bud. Tie a thread at the bottom. This is how the bud arrangement will look like. Now take another yellow crepe paper and draw the markings on it as shown. Cut along the markings. Make small cuttings on this cut out paper piece. Take the bud craft wire and fold this paper around it as shown. Spread the small cutting portion with your hand as shown here to get a design like this. Now tie a thread at the bottom to hold the design. Now trim this design as shown to get a uniform look. This is how it will look now. Now take the petals and attach them around the bud arrangement with thread as shown here. Take the green tape and wrap it around the craft wire as shown. The tulip flower will look like this. Now take the green crepe sheet. Draw and cut out the pattern as shown. We need two such leaves Now take the flower and paste the leaves on the stem. Wow!! Your beautiful tulip flower is now ready.
