Hey! If you’re watching my blog regularly you probably noticed that I uploaded there a photo instruction of producing a paper snowflake. To make things a bit easier for you I decided to make another version of that tutorial This time in a form of a video. To make this kind of snowflakes we’ll need… Two pieces of paper in A4 format. We take the first sheet and we fold it cornerways Now we take the scissors and we cut away the needless rectangle We received a triangle We repeat the actions with the second sheet i.e., we fold it cornerways cut off the needless fragment and as a result we get another triangle Now, both of the triangles fold in half so we could get smaller triangles The first one… and… the second Now we’ll need the scissors again… to cut our triangles into a certain shape We’ll start from this side First cut… and the second We take the second triangle and repeat the action Now… both of the triangles, or should I say forms arrange in this way we take the first one and perform a cut in two places first… and the second. We repeat it from the other side The first cut… and the second. We repeat the whole process on the second piece. i.e. start from the first cut and move on to the second One… and another. Now we have to unfold it all It should look like this Now we can take a glue stick and we glue only those elements that are in the middle i.e. I’ll start from the left part which I later stick to the middle Later on I repeat the action with the lower part, next the right one… and the upper one. This is the first element of our snowflake Now we unfold the second part and place it directly like this After that we place on it the first element like this And – just like before – we put glue only on those parts in middle and stick it to the second element Oh, if we don’t want our snowflake to move we can use some glue here That way we can be more certain that it won’t fall off We continue placing the glue on the middle parts Here we are, this is the final form of our project I additionally added to my snowflake a little gleaming crystal I think it adds to the visual side of the snowflake so if you have any of these you can use it If you’re also thinking about other Christmas decorations let me know in the comments below which tutorials would you like to see the most See you!
